Product description
A wood effect uPVC stair nosing that protects stair edges and reduces trip hazards, while adding a natural wood look to modern and traditional staircases.
Made from high-quality uPVC with a realistic wood grain finish, it guards the edge of each step against chipping, scuffing and wear. Its precision-engineered shape gives reliable anti-slip performance in busy areas and a clean, professional edge finish on laminate, hardwood and engineered wood steps.
The profile is easy to cut and fit, and can be fixed with screws or a suitable adhesive.
Where to Use It
Residential stairs, hallways and small commercial interiors – the length suits domestic staircases. It gives both a decorative and a functional finish, with edge protection and better grip.
How to Install
Screw-fix method
- Measure and cut the profile to the length needed.
- Position it on the stair edge and mark the fixing points.
- Drill pilot holes and secure with screws.
Adhesive method
- Make sure the stair edge is clean, dry and dust-free.
- Apply a strong adhesive to the underside of the profile.
- Press firmly into place and allow to cure.
For the best results, the stair surface should be smooth and free from loose material before fitting.
