The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear only on supported devices and browsers.

Paying with Klarna

Where Klarna is offered at checkout, you can choose one of the Klarna payment options shown. Klarna is a separate provider: using Klarna is subject to Klarna's approval and its own terms, which are shown before you confirm. We receive payment for your order from Klarna, and you make your payments to Klarna. We do not add any fee for paying with Klarna; any fees or interest that Klarna charges are shown by Klarna before you agree. If you return items, the refund is sent to Klarna, which updates your payment plan.

How payment works

• Add items to your basket and go to the checkout.
• The full total, including VAT and the £9.99 delivery charge, is shown before you pay.
• Your payment is taken when you place your order, and you receive an order confirmation email.
• There are no hidden charges, card fees or surcharges.

Payment security

All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted (HTTPS) checkout, which meets the PCI DSS standard for card security. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3D Secure.

Prices and VAT

All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. If you are paying with a card issued outside the UK, your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees. A VAT invoice is available on request.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed and you will not be charged. Please check your details or try another payment method, or contact your bank.
